Shipping & Delivery

store.unico.com.my offers free shipping on all orders shipped to Malaysia. We aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. We aim to deliver the items ordered within 1-5 business days.

International Delivery

Where do you we deliver to?

At the moment we offer a flat rate of MYR75(USD25) to Australia, Brunei, Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. 

Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been shipped out.

Will there be customs and import charges?

Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs and import duties vary, we are unable to tell you the exact costs. Do contact your local customs office to find out about additional charges.

How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

Transit times are subject to custom's clearance, transport conditions and volume of mail traffic, and may take 6 to 9 weeks to arrive

We take our customers privacy seriously and we will only collect and use your personal information as outlined below
Data protection is a matter of trust and your privacy is important to us. We shall therefore only use your name and other information, which relates to you in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We will only collect information where it is necessary for us to do so and we will only collect information if it is relevant to our dealings with you.
We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.
You can visit the Site and browse without having to provide personal details. During your visit to the Site you remain anonymous and at no time can we identify you unless you have an account on the Site and log on with your user name and password.

Returns & Replacements


In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please contact us at hello@unico.com.my

We accept returns and exchanges based on the following conditions

If you change your mind and would like to return your product, we're happy to exchange or refund it as long as:

• It is within 14 working days from delivery date.

• You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).

• The products must be in perfect condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with the free gifts received with it.

• The product must not have been used.

• All sealed items must not be opened

All Refunds are issued in the form of Unico Store Credit Vouchers

We only offer exchanges for items of the same price. If the item you wish to exchange is of a different price, you will need to return the original item and place a new order using your store credit voucher.

All exchanges will be processed within a week from the date of receipt. Exchanges will be shipped back to the customer according to our standard delivery times.

You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our centre, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.
